Bresnan Has Intermittent Internet, Phone Outage

Bresnan Communications reports intermittent outages with its digital phone and high speed Internet service in Montana, Wyoming and Colorado. A Bresnan representative said the outages began Thursday night and service had been restored to many customers Friday, although some customers still may be without service.

Game and Fish Investigating Poaching Cases In Sheridan Region

Authorities are investigating the deaths of deer and antelope that were shot and left to rot near Arvada and Buffalo. The Wyoming Game and Fish Department says a doe deer and buck antelope were found shot July 31 and three other deer were found shot August 6th. Sheridan Region Game Warden Troy Achterhof says nothing was removed from the carcasses.

LOCAL SPORTS- The Sheridan Bronc Football team will wrap up two a day practice today. They'll get a much needed rest tomorrow, then it's back to the grind for the Broncs on Monday. Tongue River, Big Horn and NSI will have their first practices on Monday. All high school sports practices begin Monday, including volleyball, tennis, golf, cross-country and Lady Bronc swimming and diving.

Sheridan City Council Will Receive A Financial Snapshot At Their Upcoming Meeting

Keeping a hard line on the financial situation has become the norm for city's across the country in these tough economic times. The City of Sheridan is no exception, as Mayor Dave Kinskey explains that councilor's Monday night will be brought up to speed on the city's finances.
