Rebuilding The North Main Interchange Is A Popular Suggestion

The Wyoming Department of Transportation met with 50 or 60 Sheridan area residents last night to get comments on the proposed North Main Interchange project they are designing. The work is not scheduled until 2015. WYDOT Spokesperson Ronda Holwell says the project is in its infancy and now is the time to get involved.

Leadership Sheridan Graduates Nearly Two Dozen

Every summer for the last 14 years, the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce has had a graduating class from the Leadership Sheridan County project. This year State Auditor Rita Meyer was a guest speaker for the graduation ceremony at the Chamber’s monthly luncheon.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Wyoming's cattle population dropped 21% during the drought of the past decade, but rebounded slightly last year. The numbers are in a newly released annual report by federal and state agricultural agencies.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - The Wyoming Department of Health says newly compiled statistics show deaths in the state linked to prescription drug abuse more than doubled from 2005 to 2008.

SHS FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs are looking good at the skill positions from a year ago. Austin Woodward returns at Quarterback to start for his third year, plus top Wide-Outs Will Hendrickson and TJ Stender are back as well. Coach Don Julian says that's a great start. If the Broncs have any holes to fill, it will come on the offensive line.
