GAME AND FISH REGIONAL OFFICE TO HOLD PUBLIC MEETING ON REGULATION CHANGES THIS WEEK

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is proposing changes in fishing regulations for 2010-2011. There'll be a meeting at the Sheridan Regional office this Wednesday at 7 p.m. Game and Fish Information Specialist Warren Mischke.

SHERIDAN COUNTY CHAMBER LUNCHEON IS THIS WEDNESDAY

The Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon will take place this Wednesday. Chamber Executive Director Janelle Martinsen explains what the program will be.

The Sheridan Troopers have won three of their last five games they lost a home game against Casper Friday before rain washed out the second game of that double header. They are scheduled to play Gillette at Thorne-rider stadium weather and field conditions permitting.

CELEBRATE THE ARTS KICKS OFF NEXT WEEK IN SHERIDAN

Celebrate the Arts 2009 kicks off next Thursday at five o'clock at the Sheridan Inn. City of Sheridan Public Arts Committee Chair Fachon Wilson tells us what's planned for the kickoff event.

Wilson said that there'll also be a local artist quick draw, where the art will be auctioned to benefit a student scholarship in memory of Sue Henry.

HAND IN HAND EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CENTER OFFERS UP AN INFORMATIONAL WEBSITE

The Hand in Hand Early Childhood Education Center in Sheridan is scheduled to open in early September and they're currently taking registration. Director Susan Brayton says that the center's website is a good tool to use for parents looking for more information.
