SEVERAL FUNNEL CLOUDS SPOTTED IN SHERIDAN COUNTY WEDNESDAY

Shortly after 1 o'clock Wednesday afternoon there were several reports of numerous funnel clouds in Sheridan County. A call to the National Weather Service in Billings confirmed that there was indeed some weather in our area throughout the lunch hour yesterday that was more than capable of producing a tornado.

U.S. Senator Mike Enzi, a ranking member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee said Wednesday that he would use the committee process to highlight and correct numerous flaws in the Kennedy health care bill.

Following back to back seasons winning the 2-A girls volleyball and basketball state titles head coach Mike Daley stepped down as coach this spring. Last night the district one school board made it official both programs have new head coaches the next volleyball coach for the Lady Rams is a familiar name in Sheridan county.
