The first graduating class from Sheridan College received their degrees in 1949. 60 years later, the Northern Wyoming Community College District covers three counties and graduates hundreds of students each year.

FIELDS ARE FULL AT THE MARS BIG HORN CUP

This weekend many Sheridan hotels were full with soccer players and their families. 5 years ago, a soccer tournament was put together having 86 teams; now, the Mars Soccer Cup has over 100 teams from all over Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota. Mars Candy has been the major sponsor for the event, and it has been held at the Big Horn Events Center for all five years.
