Annual Pet-O-Ween Brings Hundreds To Kendrick Park

Devils, pirates, vampires, and ghouls are plentiful on Halloween but they usually don’t have four legs. Unless, they are part of the annual Pet-O-Ween celebration. The event drew nearly 100 competitors from ferrets to Chihuahuas, all of which were there to support the Sheridan Dog and Cat Shelter.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Another grim economic statistic for Wyoming: For the first time in 21 years, the state lost jobs and statewide payroll shrank from one year to the next.
