Mourners Praise Hansen's Personal, Political Merit

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Family, friends and admirers say goodbye to former Wyoming governor and U.S. Sen. Clifford Hansen by reflecting on his personal and political achievements.

Memorial services for the 26th governor of the State of Wyoming were held Saturday in the state Capitol rotunda and at the Cheyenne
Civic Center. Hansen died Tuesday in Jackson at age 97.

The City Of Sheridan And The Capital Facilities Tax

Should the City of Sheridan and Sheridan County defer Capital Facilities Tax payments to the smaller towns for 2 to 3 months? That is this weeks Bank of Sheridan-Sheridan Media Poll question. Towns like Dayton and Ranchester can get a good start up. If this would be approved by the Sheridan City Council, the smaller towns could receive the tax first.
