Buffalo's 'Longmire Days' Gets Underway

The third annual Longmire Days celebration in Buffalo that gets underway this weekend has grown from a local one-day event featuring the Longmire series author Craig Johnson to a larger two-day event with cast members of the show based on the books.

Council Tables Dog Restriction Ordinance

Buffalo's City Council, after some discussions and reading of letters from the public on the matter, chose to table the third and final reading of the Ordinance that would give them authority to ban dogs from certain municipal areas.

The popularity of the 'Longmire' book and TV series was evident Tuesday night as people flocked to a local historic spot to meet the author and actors. Leslie Stratmoen was there to bring you this report.

UPDATE: Approved County Budget includes $400K to Archive Records

The commissioners of Sheridan County approved a $16.7 million general fund budget Tuesday during a regular monthly meeting, with the only major difference from last year, a $400,000 allotment to digitally archive records.
