Wyoming All-Stars Come Up Short

The Wyoming/Montana All-Star basketball series got underway Friday night at the Bruce Hoffman Golden Dome at Sheridan College. The Montana girls chalked up their eighth straight victory over Wyoming by a final of 72-54. Montana led by only eight after three quarters, but outscored Wyoming 25-15 in the final quarter.

Game one of the Wyoming/Montana High School All-Star Basketball series will be played tonight at the Hoffman Dome at Sheridan College, with the second game set for Saturday night at Rocky Mountain College in Billings.

This week, the Wyoming/Montana High School All-Star Basketball series will be played in Sheridan Friday at the Hoffman Dome at Sheridan College, and in Billings on Saturday. Players arrived in Sheridan Wednesday and the two teams held their first practice of the week.

Jets Crush Lovell, Troopers Get Set for Tournament

The Sheridan Troopers are off till Friday, where they will play at a tournament in Omaha, Nebraska. The Troopers will open the tournament Friday morning at 10 with a game against Bloomington, Minnesota.

Troopers Fall on the Road, Coach McGuire Talks Shrine Bowl

The Sheridan Troopers dropped a pair on the road Monday to the the Billings Royals. Game one of the doubleheader was close, as the Royals won 7-5. The second game the Troopers were completed dominated by the Royals and lost 11-1.

The Sheridan Troopers got off to a good start in their home opener Friday at Thorne-Rider Stadium against Rapid City Post #320. The Troopers scored three runs in the second inning to jump out to a 3-0 lead early.

The Sheridan Troopers got off to a good start in their home opener Friday afternoon at Thorne-Rider Stadium against Rapid City Post #320.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers play two at home this evening with Rapid City Post #320 the first game will start at 4:00. Head coach Ben Phillips says they expect two good ball games.

And he says after a wet April and May, June is shaping to get very busy for the Troopers.

And he says the big key over these next several days he says is pitching staff and their performance.
