BRONC WRESTLING - The Bronc wrestlers get back into tournament action at the Shane Shatto invitational in Douglas.

The Broncs went 1-2 in the Border war duals last Saturday and Head coach Tyson Shatto says the Broncs wrestled well.

The Douglas tournament will give the Broncs a very good test.

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams play three games in Cheyenne at a tournament at East high school games get underway Thursday afternoon.

BRONC WRESTLING - The Bronc wrestlers hosted the Border war duals Saturday the Broncs beat Billings West 45-27 and dropped close matches with Senior and Skyview.

This week it's back into tournament action as the Broncs compete at the Shane Shatto invitational in Douglas.

BORDER WAR DUALS AT SHS TODAY / UW HOOPS VS NEVADA TODAY / BRONCOS V CHARGERS SUNDAY

BRONC WRESTLING - The Bronc wrestlers are back on the3 mat today hosting the Border war duals. We don't get much of a chance to see the Broncs in dual action and Head coach Tyson Shatto says these matches really go along way into team building.

Matches get underway at 10:00 they will have three mats running, two in the big gym and one in the small gym.

RAMS / EAGLES HOOPS - The Big Horn and Tongue River basketball teams will host the Winter classic tournament next week Thursday through Saturday.

SWIMMING - The Bronc swimmers will compete in Gillette next weekend.

2015 Sheridan Elks Hoop Shoot Results

The Elks Hoop Shoot was held at the Sheridan YMCA.

The first place winners of the local Hoop Shoot qualify to participate in the District Hoop Shoot to be held in Casper on Jan. 30.

37 boys and girls from Buffalo, Sheridan, Big Horn, and Tongue River schools participated.

Winners are:
8 - 9 year old girls: 1- Cassidy Bessler, Cloud Peak Elementary, Buffalo 15/25
2- Emma Prior, Big Horn 14/25

8-9 yr. old boys: 1- Connor Cummins, Tongue River Elementary 15/25

BRONC / LADY BRONC HOOPS - The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams will closed out play yesterday at the Energy classic in Gillette.

The Lady Broncs went 1-2 they lost 59-50 to Alta high school from Sandy, Utah the Broncs were 0-3 at the classic after dropping a 69-64 overtime decision to South high school from Eugene, Oregon.

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams will close out play today at the Energy Classic in Gillette.

The Lady Broncs are 1-1 they lost 51-36 to Bismarck, North Dakota yesterday, they will play their final game today against Alta high school from Sandy, Utah.

The Broncs are 0-2 at the Energy Classic after dropping a 61-46 decision against Prairie high school from Vancouver, Washington, the Broncs close out the event today against South high school from Eugene, Oregon.

SHS Basketball split on day one in Gillette / Broncos beat Bengals in OT / UW Hoops open MWC play Wednesday

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams opened play Monday at the Energy classic tournament bracket in Gillette against Lynwood, California.

The Lady Broncs took their opening game 53-41 and will play a team from Bismarck, North Dakota today.

The Broncs lost 66-64 on a last second bucket and will play Prairie high school from Vancouver, Washington.
