Smoked Prime Rib Dinner----- lightly smoked, served with potatoes, pie, salads

 

Smoked Turkey Dinner ---lightly smoked, served with potatoes and gravy, salad, pie and cranberry relish

 

Brisket---- sliced or whole, warm or cold, with or without BBQ sauce.

 

Chicken  ---- whole, breasts and leg-quarters with a tasty lemon peper and paprika seasoning

 

Chicken Wings ----start a little sweet and end with some heat.  4 Varieties to choose from.

 

Country Style Ribs ---in  BBQ Sauce

 

Ham---- boneless or bone-in, may be served with our homemade cherry-almond sauce

 

Pork Loin --- boneless or in BBQ sauce.

 

Ribs---- 3 varieties: Hawaiian – slightly sweet with pineapple-apricot glaze, Original –topped with tasty fajitas seasoning or Mesquite – a bit more pepper

 

Roast Beef ---- cooked or medium rare cooked or medium rare

Lasagna --- homemade lasagna with ricotta, cottage cheese, mozzarella, parmesan with Italian seasoned meat sauce

 

Potato Casserole --- diced potatoes in a creamy mushroom and cream sauce topped with cheese

 

Chicken Casserole --- Diced chicken breast with cheese in a mild enchilada sauce

OUR SERVICE

 

 

Delivery and Set Up --- we’ll deliver to place of function, set up, and when it is over we can pickup the roasters, service ware, etc.

 

CATERING UTENSILS --- We provide roasters for hot food, bowls and serving spoons, if your have special dishes we can fill them for you

 

You give a head count, and choose the salads, we’ll give you quotes and several options.

 

We can provide paper and plastic products and light beverages from our store.

 

When the need arises to plan a loved one’s funeral.
